Challenge

The client faced a critical gap in fostering culture, connection, and recognition across a globally distributed workforce. While enterprise-wide recognition programs existed, there was no tailored, centralized solution to consistently enable and scale peer recognition within this specific organization.

As a result, recognition efforts remained informal and fragmented, limiting visibility into employee contributions and reducing opportunities to reinforce impactful work, collaboration, and engagement across teams.

Additionally, the organization required a solution within an accelerated timeframe to support a key onsite event, creating a need for a rapidly deployable and scalable approach without compromising quality or user experience.

Solution

To address this need, Nextant designed and delivered a centralized recognition solution leveraging a low-code, scalable architecture within the Microsoft ecosystem. The platform was built to enable rapid deployment, seamless user experience, and minimal operational overhead while integrating natively with existing collaboration and communication tools.

The solution was purpose-built to align recognition with organizational priorities through structured impact categories, ensuring that recognition reinforces both cultural values and strategic objectives.
