The client faced several challenges in both preparation and management of accreditation: 

  • Disconnected learning experience: Learners had to use multiple platforms and materials, making it difficult to prepare consistently and effectively. 
  • Lack of real-time feedback: During practice, learners did not receive immediate guidance or validation, limiting the effectiveness of their preparation. 
  • Time-consuming content setup: The team responsible for managing accreditations relied on manual processes to create and update content, which was time-consuming and increased the risk of errors.

2. Accreditation Management Assistant (Operational Experience) 

This AI-powered assistant was designed to improve the way accreditations are created and managed by replacing manual processes with a structured, scalable solution. 

Key capabilities include: 

  • Structured accreditation creation: Team members can define accreditation titles and configure assessments through a guided interface, instead of relying on manual documents and processes. 
  • Configurable assessments: The solution allows users to define question formats, the number of questions, and passing criteria, helping standardize how evaluations are designed and applied.
