But with hundreds of partners involved and limited internal resources, their manual, file-based approach simply wasn’t sustainable.

We developed three specialized applications:

- App 3: Japan Partner Experience A localized version of the platform, customized to regional needs and language, ensuring Japanese partners had access to the same tools, insights, and training opportunities as global users.
