The client, a Fortune 10 company, was setting up and growing a global sales and operations organization to provide a better service and valuable business solutions to more than 100,000 nonprofits around the world. The goal was to empower nonprofits to achieve their goals while activating new revenue streams for the company.

One of the many challenges faced by the client in this endeavor was managing data and information to analyze market opportunity, track revenue streams and ensure smooth operations across multiple teams. Given the amount of target accounts and the disperse nature of information in the nonprofit space (i.e., different countries managing nonprofit information in different ways) required building a sophisticated set of data assets and solutions that would enable making data driven decisions that would inform strategy and ongoing operations.
